What is GDPR?

GDPR is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ( General Data Protection Regulation).
GDRP was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L119 / 4 May 2016, entered into force on 25 May 2016 and will be applicable from 25 May 2018 throughout the European Union. Personal data
These represent any kind of data that identifies you as an individual (name, surname, phone number, email address, etc.).

What kind of data do we take?

The personal data we take over are as the case may be:

  • email address and phone number

We will use your data for the following purposes:

  • Maintaining the relationship with the client to confirm the reservation or cancel it
  • To improve our services
  • For invoicing / contract, if you have purchased vouchers from us
  • Data provided by you when making a reservation

In order to make a reservation on thedungeon.ro it is necessary either to create an account or to log in with facebook. To create an account we need your email address, name, surname and a password, which you personally choose. In this case, you will receive an email from us with the account creation data. If you choose the option to log in with facebook, you must enter the data with which you created your facebook account (email address and password). By pressing this button, a Facebook window will open where you must authorize The Dungeon access to certain data, with which you agree, in order to receive access on thedungeon.ro for reservations. Once you have an account, you can make a reservation on the site. This involves entering the number of people in the team and a valid phone number. Our reservation system takes these data to confirm the reservation (email address and phone number). You will automatically receive an email confirming the reservation, with all its details (reservation date, time, address), which includes a link to cancel the reservation. Later, we will confirm the reservation by phone, so it is important that the phone number is valid.

If the reservation is made by phone, we will only take the phone number, to keep in touch until the time of booking and to ensure efficient communication between both parties. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive news about new games. We provide a unsubscribe link, at the end of the sms, to delete the phone number from our database. You can also send us a message at +40785473278 with the mention "I want to unsubscribe".
