The person who made the reservation can cancel it and is responsible for informing all players in the group.
The cancellation of the reservation can be done in the following conditions:
If you made the payment with the card on the site thedungeon.ro, the money can be returned only if you have canceled the reservation at least 24 hours before the date and time for which you made the reservation. If this interval is not met, thedungeon.ro reserves the right not to return the value of the reservation. This principle also applies to bookings that have been made using a gift voucher purchased in advance. Therefore, the code you entered when you made the reservation loses its validity, once it is validated on the site.
If you have made the reservation by phone and you have not been asked for an advance to confirm the reservation, the latter can be canceled at least 3 hours before the start of the reservation, free of charge.
For larger groups / team buildings, please announce your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of no-show, without prior notice, you will have the right to make a reservation on the site thedungeon.ro
In case you are late, please let us know by phone, as soon as possible, so as not to put us in difficulty with the situation created. Access to the game is allowed if the team is not more than 10 minutes late. Otherwise, there are 2 possibilities for managing the situation:
- If there is already a later appointment and we do not have free rooms, access to the game will be denied. We recommend making another reservation.
- If the location is available and there is no reservation immediately following, access is allowed, with the reservation surcharge, in the amount of 50%. This fee is paid for the additional reservation of one hour of play.
