Access to the site thedungeon.ro, in order to make a reservation, in order to register for events or newsletter is allowed to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as Client), who complies with these Terms and Conditions.

In order to successfully complete the purchase procedure, to register for events or to subscribe to the newsletter, the Customer undertakes to provide the required information and to complete all fields in an appropriate, complete, correct and real, in order to keep in touch on both sides.

The site can be used by customers only for viewing, booking, payment, registration for events and for recommending our products or services. Our site may not be used to make any illegal, fraudulent payment, to post or transmit any material with defamatory, threatening, obscene, indecent, instigating and the like. We reserve the right not to allow the posting and / or deletion immediately and without prior notice of any comments on the site that contain inappropriate language, serious typing errors or that could damage our image and / or it creates a state of discomfort for us or our customers and visitors.

The page with "Terms and Conditions" may be modified at any time to reflect changes in services or updating the needs of our customers or in accordance with applicable law, so please check this page every time you make a reservation on the site thedungeon.ro

We also do not guarantee that this site or parts of the site will be available uninterruptedly, for various technical or operational reasons.


As soon as possible, you will receive a booking confirmation email, certifying that the game is reserved exclusively for your team at the company's office, on the date and time you requested. This confirmation email will be sent to the address with which you logged in to the site or which you provided to us.

If you have any questions regarding the completion of the reservation, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.


The price for a game is calculated per group, depending on the number of people. The equivalent value of the reservation will be made in RON.

Players are asked to request the tax receipt and keep it until the end of the game. If the receipt is not provided, the game is free.

If you wish to issue an invoice, please let us know at the beginning of the game and provide us with your billing information.


We offer discounts for pupils and students if they present the student card before the start of the game.

If you have gift or discount vouchers, please present the voucher before the start of the game.

If you lose or do not present the voucher, we cannot approve the discount. Vouchers also become void when they lose their validity.

Discount coupons can only be used once and cannot be combined with other coupons. Only one discount / game is awarded.


The prices displayed on the site are expressed in RON and VAT will not be added (the company is non-paying VAT), according to the legislation in force.

Payment can be made in any of the following ways:

  • Online, by card, through the system: Netopia Payments
  • By bank transfer or PO
  • Cash, on the spot

Given the current situation and prevention measures COVID19, we recommend online payment by card.

We are not responsible for incorrect payment processing. We are not responsible for errors recorded through the payment system, inclusive, but not limited to the losses you would suffer using the card payment system.

The Seller will issue to the Customer an invoice for the services provided. In this sense, the Customer has the obligation to provide the Seller with all the information necessary to issue the invoice, according to the legislation in force. The invoice will be communicated to the Customer in electronic format after the payment of the ordered services.

Services and offers that will be purchased with the card

thedungeon.ro provides buyers with the opportunity to purchase gift vouchers and book experiences at the service provider's physical locations.


thedungeon.ro does not deliver any physical product. Our site electronically delivers payment / reservation confirmations, newsletters, e-books, vouchers or discount codes to the email address provided at the time of booking confirmation. Vouchers sold by thedungeon.ro are in digital format and will be transmitted to the customer in electronic format.

They are delivered instantly, from the moment the message "Reservation / purchase of voucher / subscription confirmed confirmed" appears on the screen, on the email address provided. If they do not appear in the Inbox, please check in the Junk / Spam folder. If you have not received our email instantly, please contact us immediately by phone or email so that we can remedy the technical issue.

We are not responsible for incorrectly filling in your email address or phone number. However, we are very receptive in solving any communication problem, so that you can get the services you want.


The person who made the reservation can cancel it and is responsible for informing all players in the group.

The cancellation of the reservation can be done in the following conditions:

If you made the payment with the card on the site thedungeon.ro, the money can be returned only if you have canceled the reservation at least 24 hours before the date and time for which you made the reservation. If this interval is not met, thedungeon.ro reserves the right not to return the value of the reservation. This principle also applies to bookings that have been made using a gift voucher purchased in advance. Therefore, the code you entered when you made the reservation loses its validity, once it is validated on the site.

If you have made the reservation by phone and you have not been asked for an advance to confirm the reservation, the latter can be canceled at least 3 hours before the start of the reservation, free of charge.

For larger groups / team buidings, please notify the cancellation of the reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of no-show, without prior notice, you will have the right to make a reservation on the site thedungeon.ro

In case you are late, please let us know by phone, as soon as possible, so as not to put us in difficulty with the situation created. Access to the game is allowed if the team is not more than 10 minutes late. Otherwise, there are 2 possibilities for managing the situation:

  1. If there is already a later appointment and we do not have free rooms, access to the game will be denied. We recommend making another reservation.
  2. If the location is available and there is no reservation immediately following, access is allowed, with the reservation surcharge, in the amount of 50%. This fee is paid for the additional reservation of one hour of play.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations made by malicious persons.

In case of unforeseen events or technical failures, we reserve the right to cancel / reschedule a reservation. The person making the reservation will be notified by email and / or telephone. In this case, the value of the reservation paid with the card will be returned or transformed into a gift voucher, so that it can be used later.


Any dissatisfaction related to accessing, using, registering on our site, making a reservation, issues related to the reservation made, issues related to registration for events and the like, will be communicated to us directly, or by phone, at no. by phone 0768247525 or by email at [email protected]

Your dissatisfaction will be recorded and you will receive a written response, email or telephone, within 48 hours, reported on a working day.

Rules of participation and general rules

What is The Dungeon and the escape room game?

The Dungeon is a real escape game that takes place in a room from which the team must escape or find the solution to the mystery. To succeed, they will look for clues, objects, will identify symbols, codes and will put together all the information found, using teamwork.

The Game Master will explain these rules to the players before the game starts. During the game, he will give the players clues on request or depending on the evolution of the team in the game.

The game does not want to scare or traumatize (physically or mentally) players. The puzzles in the game do not require strength to solve. It takes patience, concentration and observation.

The puzzles do not contain elements that could physically injure the players.

We are not responsible if the players injure themselves (intentionally or not) with decorations or if some members of the team will scare others into play.

Before the start of the game, players are shown this regulation, along with the rules of SSM and PSI.

The game lasts 60 minutes. If the team does not escape / unravel the mystery of the room, the game is over.

The maximum number of players is 7. The minimum number is 2. If the group exceeds the maximum number, we recommend to form 2 teams that will play in parallel. Each team will play a different game, in the same location (subject to availability).

We have the right to deny players access to alcohol or drugs.

If players deliberately destroy elements of the game, we will call the local police.

Because we want players to have the best experience, teammates who try to force padlocks without following clues will be taken out of the game. Players responsible for damage will also be charged a repair / replacement fee for the item.

Players must be there 10 minutes before the start of the game to explain the rules of the game. It is not necessary to be present at the location earlier than 10 minutes before the start of the game, because the Game Master will be at the location only during the booking process. If the group is not present at the specified time, access to the game will be denied.

The game can also be played by people who do not speak Romanian. The clues are also translated into English.

Games are also safe for pregnant women. 


1. The location for The Experiment and Candy Shop games (Petru Maior street, no. 13).

The location has no parking. The City Hall car park is 200 meters away (a 3-minute walk).

We recommend that you leave your car in the parking lot to avoid unpleasant events (fines, car towing).

2. Location for Crime Scene and The Bunker games (90 Observatorului Street)

The location has free parking spaces.

Access to the barrier parking lot in front of the building is made by calling us when you are in front of the barrier.

Access to the car park without barrier is by turning right, 10 m after the bus station.

Access to both car parks is within the available spaces.

Authorization to publish photo / video materials

The photo / video materials will be made only with the express consent of the participants. They agree that the photos / videos be published on the organizer's facebook or instagram page. I understand that they can be used to promote attraction on the company's social media channels.

Therefore, without reservation or limitation, I grant the company permission to use, free of charge, the photo or video at the company's discretion, to display the photo or video on the company's website, blog, social media, at an event or to be used in a presentation and to distribute materials to any publication or public authority, when requested.

Confidentiality of experience / No spoiler alert rule 

Players have an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of games, puzzles, mechanisms and solutions in the escape room. Players participating in The Dungeon scenarios have a responsibility to keep any confidential information about the game so that this experience can be lived to the fullest by any other player who will book the game.

They will not photograph / videotape the escape cameras during the game without the explicit consent of the company. The materials made at the end of the game will be published on social networks only with the consent of the company.


I declare that I have carefully read this "Rules of participation and general rules" and have taken note of its contents. I understand that if I choose not to participate in The Dungeon experience, I will notify the staff at the location as soon as possible and leave the game. I understand that my access to the game will be restricted since I choose to leave the game. I have been informed that the value of the entrance fee will not be refunded to me once it has been paid.

By confirming the reservation, I electronically declare that I agree with The Dungeon's participation policies and rules, presented above. By reserving experience on behalf of other players, I declare that they have been notified, read and accept the terms and conditions of participation.
